Description
The Puzzle Car Lift & Shift Type vertical garage is a mechanical parking facility that utilizes the lifting or lateral movement of parking platforms for vehicle storage and retrieval. It adopts a modular design, with each unit configurable into various forms such as two-level, three-level, four-level, five-level, six-level, semi-underground, etc., accommodating from a few to several hundred parking spaces. This type of vertical garage is suitable for both ground and underground parking lots, featuring flexible configurations, wide applicability, and low cost.
Principle of Operation: The elevator-transverse shift type vertical parking garage primarily consists of a steel structure framework. It employs motors to drive wire ropes or chains, facilitating the lifting and lateral movement of parking platforms to enable vehicle storage and retrieval. Each parking space is equipped with a parking platform, which is moved via lifting and lateral movements to the ground level for vehicle access. Drivers enter the garage, park or retrieve vehicles, completing the process. Vehicles parked on the lower level of the mechanical garage only undergo lateral movement without lifting, while those parked on the top level only undergo lifting without lateral movement. The intermediate levels facilitate both lifting and lateral movement to free up space for top-level vehicles or facilitate vehicle retrieval.
